My journey began studying opera and classical music at a young age, but my career truly took off in the world of stage management. I was thrown headfirst into stage managing a one-woman show right out of college. I like to joke that I was destined for management because I'm a bit nosy in that "how did this happen and how can we make it even better" sort of way. Honestly, most of my best management skills were honed while "stage managing" my six younger siblings growing up.

That foundation in theatre has been my springboard, allowing me to expand into a wide range of live events—from corporate functions and concerts to award shows, private parties, and conferences, as well as in the commercial, film, and photography worlds as an associate and assistant on various projects. My passion for production has also led me to wedding planning. After designing my own summer camp wedding, I discovered a love for helping couples create immersive, deeply personal celebrations that break the mold.

My management and directing style boils down to this: how can we surprise, captivate, and change someone in the audience for the better?

When I'm not running a show or event, I'm embracing my adventurous side. I love traveling the world, always with my camera in hand to hold onto the memories. Music is also a constant; you can often find me dancing around NYC or singing with my husband in our indie pop rock band, The Phone. Occasionally, you'll even catch me on stage as my burlesque persona, Chubbi Bunni Sinclair. It's all part of my love for "the art of the tease."
